Orders will be sent by UPS or Federal Express ground shipping or better. Orders to a P.O. Box will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Package Delivery. For larger or some International shipments, Aqua Sun International uses a freight forwarding company. Please call Aqua Sun for more information. 877 / 744.1744. Please allow 1 - 18 days to ship depending upon system type for delivery. All orders shipped, will have a Shipping Confirmation with shipper's name, tracking #'s, and delivery date mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the customer. Aqua Sun International is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

Aqua Sun International offers a full money back guarantee (excluding all shipping charges) on all systems for 30 days if the system has not been installed or used in anyway and is still in the original box. Shipping charges back to Aqua Sun International are to be paid by Purchaser. Aqua Sun International warrants all new products manufactured and / or marketed by Aqua Sun International to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service from the date of purchase as follows:

All components warranted for three (3) years except electrical and filter components.
Electrical components are warranted for one (1) year. Filters are not warranted due to varying water conditions.
